Notes

Tips for Success
Mini Muffin Tin Option: For a hands-free option, bake the cinnamon roll pieces in a mini muffin tin at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes. This method offers a lighter, baked version of the bites.
Cream Cheese Drizzle: For extra indulgence, drizzle the icing that comes with the cinnamon rolls or make a homemade cream cheese drizzle.
Don’t Overcrowd the Pan: Fry in batches to ensure the bites cook evenly without sticking together.
Creative Variations
Add Nuts: Stir in chopped pecans or walnuts into the egg mixture for a satisfying crunch.
Fruit Topping: Serve with fresh berries or sliced bananas for a refreshing, fruity twist.
Chocolate Drizzle: Melt some chocolate and drizzle it over the bites for a decadent treat.
Spiced Flavor: Add a pinch of nutmeg or cardamom to the egg mixture for extra warmth and flavor.
Storage & Freezing
Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Reheat: Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving to restore the crispy texture.
Freezing: Freeze the cooked bites in a single layer on a baking sheet, then transfer to an airtight container or freezer bag. Store for up to 2 months. Thaw in the refrigerator and reheat before serving.
