Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups

Ingredients
  

  • For the Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the Dough
  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
  • For the Garlic Butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • For Garnish and Serving
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • Ketchup and mustard for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat the Oven
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Step 2: Prepare the Filling
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned and cooked through.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Stir in the crumbled bacon and remove from heat. Let it cool slightly.
  • Step 3: Assemble the Rollups
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a clean surface.
  • Spread the beef and bacon mixture evenly over the dough.
  • Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and diced pickles.
  • Starting at one end, tightly roll the dough into a log.
  • Slice the log into 1-inch pieces using a sharp knife.
  • Step 4: Brush with Garlic Butter
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic.
  • Place the roll-ups cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush each roll-up generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Step 5: Bake to Perfection
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Step 6: Garnish and Serve
  • Once baked, garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
  • Serve warm with ketchup and mustard on the side for dipping.
