Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups

Ingredients
For the Filling

For the Dough

tube refrigerated pizza dough
For the Garlic Butter

unsalted butter
melted

cloves
garlic
minced
For Garnish and Serving

fresh parsley

Ketchup and mustard

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Step 2: Prepare the Filling
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned and cooked through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in the crumbled bacon and remove from heat. Let it cool slightly.
Step 3: Assemble the Rollups
Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a clean surface.
Spread the beef and bacon mixture evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and diced pickles.
Starting at one end, tightly roll the dough into a log.
Slice the log into 1-inch pieces using a sharp knife.
Step 4: Brush with Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic.
Place the roll-ups cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush each roll-up generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Step 5: Bake to Perfection
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 6: Garnish and Serve
Once baked, garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
Serve warm with ketchup and mustard on the side for dipping.
