Ham and Cheese Sliders Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup butter melted
  • tbsp Dijon mustard
  • tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp dried minced onion
  • 24 mini sandwich rolls or 12 large rolls
  • 1 lb deli ham thinly sliced
  • 1 lb Swiss cheese thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat & Prepare
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lightly grease a 9x13inch baking dish.
  • Step 2: Make the Butter Glaze
  • In a small bowl, whisk together:
  • Melted butter
  • Dijon mustard
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Poppy seeds
  • Dried minced onion
  • Step 3: Assemble the Sliders
  • Separate the tops and bottoms of the rolls.
  • Place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
  • Layer with:
  • ½ of the ham
  • All of the Swiss cheese
  • Remaining ham slices
  • Place the tops of the rolls back on.
  • Evenly pour the mustardbutter glaze over the sliders.
  • Step 4: Bake & Serve
  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake uncovered for 5 more minutes, until golden brown.
  • Slice and serve warm!

Serve with potato chips, coleslaw, or a side salad.
Pair with honey mustard or a side of ranch dressing.
