Taco Cupcakes Recipe
These bite-sized taco cupcakes are layered with crispy wonton wrappers, seasoned beef, and gooey cheese—perfect for game days, parties, or a fun Quick and easy weeknight dinner. They’re irresistible straight from the oven!
Main Layers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 24 wonton wrappers
Toppings
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup salsa
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
Optional Garnishes
- Diced tomatoes
- Guacamole
- Sliced jalapeños
- Sliced black olives
Layer the Cups:
Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup. Add a spoonful of seasoned beef, then a sprinkle of cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
Layer a second wonton wrapper on top, followed by more beef and both cheeses.
